An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is on a first come, first serve basis only. This condominium will be under construction starting approximately September 2024. No pets allowed.
