The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other guest room has two twin beds. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The large balcony, equipped with a table and six chairs, offers a wonderful area to sit and relax while listening to the ocean waves. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor units. Occupants have access to a private 800 ft fishing pier and a large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit. 7-night minimum stays only and no monthly rentals from March to August. This is a residential community, not a resort, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 9 AM.
