Totally updated with laminate flooring, new vanities in the baths, and tastefully decorated, this condo is ready to host you for your island getaway. Amenities include a community pool, tennis courts, picnic and grilling area, and a pathway right to the beach. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached full bath, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with close access to the second full bath. All bath and bed linens are provided. Additional sleeping space is available in the main area with a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, and there is a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The expansive screened-in balcony offers plenty of seating and privacy with wooded views of beautiful oak trees. Wi-Fi and Smart TVs will help the modern traveler access their favorite apps and programming. Unlike many other complexes on the island, the parking is plentiful at Amelia Landings so guests will not be limited on their number of vehicles. However, Amelia Landings is a pet-free complex. Stroll to the beach or the popular Slider's oceanfront restaurant at Seaside Park. There are multiple other restaurants and a juice bar within walking distance, as well as beach and bike rentals and a surf shop. Less than a mile up Sadler Road in the opposite direction is the Publix grocery store and a Starbucks for those needing their caffeine perk. The south entrance of Egan's Creek Greenway is only a 3-minute walk away and is an excellent spot to bike and spot marsh wildlife. This greenway goes for miles up the spine of the island until it reaches Pirate's Playground and the Atlantic Recreation Center, just across from the entrance to Fort Clinch State Park. Fishing is allowed in the small lake at Amelia Landings but it is only catch and release. The Nassau County Shore Protection Project is scheduled to start in late spring 2025 and will temporarily impact this property's beachfront. The 90-day project is expected to begin in May or June and will span E. 4th Street, north of Main Beach Park, to south of Seaside Park on Sadler Road. It will require shore piping and an extractor, and the use of this equipment could cause noise disturbances. The project is not anticipated to near this property's closest beachfront, Seaside Park, until late July or even early August.
