A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway, and a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is included for guests aged 25 and over. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and pets are welcome with a required pet fee. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid before arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, while ADA-compliant service animals are exempt. Early check-in and late check-out are occasionally possible. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or events are permitted. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or additional fees will apply. The pool is for registered guests only, and tampering with the pool heater will result in penalties. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles, and street parking is not available. Trash must be taken out on specified days to avoid additional fees.
