Full-size stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, and stove, are provided. No additional guests are permitted beyond the number booked. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony, with a $250 charge enforced for odor removal. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Pets must be house-trained, leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
