A six-passenger golf cart is included for trips booked and staying October 2025 through March 1 2026. The trip must be 4 days or more to qualify for the free golf cart. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive away. Gated beach access is about a 1/2 block from the home. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. There is a one-time $325 fee for pets (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival.
