Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Guests are asked to remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property.
