The open-layout kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and a choice of a drip coffee maker or Keurig machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available exclusively for guests. The private pool can be optionally heated for an additional fee, inquire for pricing. Pets are welcome with a required $200 pet fee per pet, and guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in.
