The open-concept living area flows into the kitchen and dining spaces, featuring a full breakfast bar with stools, a dedicated coffee station, and a dining area for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with extra pantry space. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor living with front, side, and screened-in back porches, a small putting green, and a fully fenced yard. Upstairs, a spacious deck offers a serene spot for morning coffee or work. The unique Crow's Nest nook at the top of the house provides a lookout point for sunrise or sunset views. Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. A pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes/cups/silverware, and baby gates for the stairs are provided for tiny travelers. Beach towels are supplied for poolside or beach use.
