This home features a full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. There are two grills at this home. Enjoy a private pool (pool heating available for $350 for your stay, increased for trips over 7 days) and abundant patio seating for lounging or dining. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required pet fee of $200. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. The Blue Octopus is about 30 minutes from VPS airport and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
