The modern beach house styled bedroom offers a plush king bed and a second electric fireplace for added ambiance. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy charcoal grills throughout the complex for outdoor meals. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10pm, and excessive noise, parties, or disturbances are not allowed. Check-in is at 4PM CST, and checkout is at 10AM. Any stay past checkout time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, and accurate guest count is required for your stay. The apartment is in a residential complex with potential for noise from other units, and earplugs and a noise machine are available upon request.
