The dining area, with seating for 4, offers easy access to a small patio overlooking the "turtle lake." The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a full spice rack, and all necessary cookware and utensils. For tiny travelers, a high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware are provided. The first bedroom features a comfortable hybrid memory foam and spring king bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun bungalow-styled bunk bed with multiple sleeping options. The Jack & Jill style bathroom is spacious and well-lit, providing ample space for getting ready. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, and a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts for added convenience. While not within walking distance to the beach, public beach access is available within 3/4 mile at June Decker Public Beach Access, and the family-friendly Henderson Beach State Park is just 1.6 miles away. The complex offers two entrances for easy access to main roads and side roads, ensuring convenience during your stay. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by one flight of stairs, with no elevator access. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and check-out is at 10 AM. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, or disturbances are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or near the building. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated. Any stay past check-out time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Any violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
