Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Gulf Terrace Condominiums offers electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, with the side entrance providing an easy way to avoid traffic. As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time.
