A patio with a seating area for two overlooks the lake, and a small laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $50, and a maximum of two dogs is allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out.
