The freshly remodeled kitchen, open to the living room, is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, and more. A breakfast bar with barstools is available for meals, as there is no traditional dining area. The first bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with twin trundle beds underneath, while the second bedroom includes a twin over queen bunk bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Guests can enjoy three brand new community pools throughout the complex, with one seasonally heated. Electric vehicle charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 is required for up to two dogs, which must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and any stay past the 10 AM checkout will incur additional charges. The condo shares walls with other units, so there is potential for noise.
