The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a loveseat, complemented by a large Roku TV with Cox Cable. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, and more, perfect for cooking meals. A breakfast bar and dining table offer seating with a lake view. The condo also includes a half bath, a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a stackable washer and dryer for convenience. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per stay, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. The community offers charcoal grills for outdoor cooking. While not beachfront, the condo's driving proximity to everything Destin offers is unbeatable.
