This condo features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and an accent chair, complete with a Roku TV with cable. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a flat griddle, a toaster, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom offers a king bed and two twin trundle beds, along with a Roku TV. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with plush towels. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the patio. Guests can enjoy three community pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available, and guests can bring their own gear. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two dogs. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
