The living room area is incredibly cozy with a designated reading chair, a 55" Smart TV, and a comfy couch that opens up to a queen-size commercial sleeper with pillows and linens. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway at the entryway, complete with ironing board and iron. Enjoy access to the seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and community charcoal grill with picnic area, available year-round. The spacious L-shaped balcony is perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. A pack and play and high chair (booster seat style), and children’s cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available at no extra charge. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this condo is within walking distance of wonderful shopping and amazing restaurants. Some food, drink, and activities to check out include AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille’s for Crystal Beach Coffee or Wine Bar, Crab Island Cruise/Tours, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, Emerald Island Kayaks, The Donut Hole, Harbor Walk Village, Harbor Evening Cruise or Tiki Cruises, and Hydro Jet Dolphin Cruises. The condo is also steps from two public beach access points directly across the street. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as there is no access to the mailbox. Noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp, and excessive noise, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This is not a pet-friendly property. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with the temperature set below 70 degrees, the guest is responsible for repairs. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Cleaners offer a courtesy supply of light amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, and laundry soap). All linens are provided, including beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees apply to any violation. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, and the reservation must be updated in advance if the guest count changes.
