While the apartment offers a pack & play and high chair for families, please note that trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted in the community. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted, and any violation of house rules may result in additional charges. Please ensure the air conditioning is not set below 70 degrees to avoid repair charges.
