The main home's spacious living area boasts multiple seating areas, a large screen TV, and dining room seating for the entire group to enjoy meals together. The gourmet kitchen is complete with vast counter space, an oversized refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, under-counter ice maker, and dishwasher. A microwave, standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking utensils are also included. The game room is outfitted with a sofa, Smart TV, ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, and foosball. The carriage home includes a full kitchen, laundry, and a full bathroom. Enjoy the private pool with optional seasonal pool heating, pool loungers, and a shaded bar area. The front deck offers a grill with propane provided, patio tables and chairs, and a 7-person hot tub. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. There is parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin to be paid by the guest in violation. Boat/RV/Trailer parking is not permitted. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) are permitted with prior approval only and are subject to additional requirements. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee due before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or a $50 fee will be assessed.
