The exclusive private gated beach is a short 5-minute walk away, and the property offers docks for fishing and pickup from the water taxi. The property is centrally located in Destin, making it easy to access the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment by car. During July, the HOA will be making repairs to the seawall and dock areas, which are beyond our control and guests should not access marked-off areas. This work will not interfere with your stay and does not affect the townhome itself. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
