The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and chairs, with large flat-screen Roku-enabled Smart TVs with Hulu Live in the living room and both bedrooms. Each of the two king bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom's ensuite is spacious with his and hers sinks, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in tiled shower. A tandem bicycle is available as a complimentary amenity for guests to cruise around on. Parking is limited with guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle in spot number 16. Laguna Point is a hidden gem in the heart of Destin, just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The exclusive private gated beach is a short 5-minute walk away, and the property offers docks for fishing and pickup from the water taxi. The property is centrally located in Destin, making it easy to access the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment by car. During July, the HOA will be making repairs to the seawall and dock areas, which are beyond our control and guests should not access marked-off areas. This work will not interfere with your stay and does not affect the townhome itself. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent. For longer stays or larger groups, please bring any additional supplies you may need. Beach equipment and beach supplies are not provided. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees issued from the HOA apply to any violation. Noise ordinances are at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted, and any booking discovered to be under age 25 will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. No smoking indoors or on balconies at any time. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited. The beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure; a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard. Pets are not allowed at this location. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
