Exclusive private gated beach access is available with keycard access. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. There are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. Check-in time is 4 pm CST and check-out time is 10 am CST. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the community. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time.
