The living area is bright and airy, with a Smart TV and board games for entertainment. Parking is available for one vehicle in a numbered spot, with additional parking across the street. Please note that watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted in the complex. Early check-in or late check-out is not available without prior notice. A strict noise ordinance is in place at 10pm, and no house parties or excess noise are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of payment and cancellation of stay. No smoking indoors or on balconies is allowed, and a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excess trash or debris, and any issues must be reported during the stay. Pets are not allowed at this location.
