Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) directly in front of the middle unit; no trailers, RVs, watercraft on trailers, or box trucks are permitted. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in.
