The rental price includes all utilities! Electric, water, sewer, trash pickup. This is a cute historic mid century cottage on a corner lot. The house sits on the southeast corner of the lot. The two streets are Ives Ave and Berlin. The area is a quiet rural residential neighborhood surrounded by Woodlands. Ives is a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The house has a small screened in front porch, newer vinyl siding, a metal roof and a TV antenna that allows you reception of 30+ TV channels without cable subscription. Spectrum would be available for subscription of cable and internet but is not included. The pictures were taken before the current tenant moved in. The schedule looks like the tenant will move out by the end of July. THe property will be available 1st of August. We will show the property Saturday July 18th between 11 and 12 noon and Sunday the 19th between 2 and 3 pm.
