Orlando and Historic St. Augustine are each about an hour away. The balcony is unusable at this time due to a concrete restoration project. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests will be responsible for cost of replacement if fobs get wet, lost, or left behind. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
