My career in Real Estate started in New York City working with developers to convert fourteen buildings from pre-war rentals to renovated condominiums. I work extensively with folks purchasing from out of state and specialize in retirement planning and downsizing by identifying a property that will serve my customers’ needs, whether it be an investment, to become a snowbird, or to provide rental income.
I’m known for my loyalty, generosity, empathy, and compassion. I believe that a fair deal is when both parties are "a little bit unhappy." The art of negotiation requires people skills that allow for compassion and compromise. I am known as the “get it done gal” and I make things happen.
I am an ordained Minister and seek to shine light like a beacon in every now moment. I am always learning and hold a PhD in Social Media and Technology, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Metaphysical Sciences. I seek to connect with my customers on a deep level and use technology to research and provide information that prioritizes their needs and addresses any concerns.
I am a performing artist and has been featured singing, acting, and dancing at the Athens Theatre, News Journal Center, Daytona Playhouse, Lil Theatre of NSB, Titusville Playhouse, and many nights at open mics and on local Karaoke stages!
