Located just minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, downtown, and the vibrant Las Olas Blvd, this tranquil haven is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families seeking relaxation and convenience. The apartment features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a cozy living area with tropical-inspired décor, reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, Tropical View Escape offers easy access to stunning beaches, world-class dining, and exciting nightlife. One parking spot is available per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles including RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. If you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12 PM check-out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check-out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine for violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights and a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus. A $1000 fine for violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
