The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. If you would like to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, which includes a $100 non-refundable fee per pet.
