There is also a free washer and dryer. Step outside to the spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas and an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub with the option to add heat for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Disney World is 10 minutes away, SeaWorld is 35 minutes away and Universal Studios is 40 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
