This fantastic apartment is located just minutes from Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club and less than 10 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom. Perfect for families, the condo has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people at a time. All the little extras are included too, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, and in-suite laundry machines. You also get access to the building amenities, including a large communal pool, outdoor hot tub, and children's splash pad playground. There are two separate king bedroom suites, one with a sparkling en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with both a twin and a double bed. All bedrooms come with fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, and fluffy pillows to provide a good night's sleep. You'll also find a smart TV in each bedroom for your entertainment. With 3 bathrooms, nobody needs to wait in line for their morning shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you'll need to serve up a great homemade meal or just pop open those take-out containers. There's a family dining table and spacious living room to gather around, and all the comforts of home you'll need. In-suite laundry machines, free onsite parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi are all included. The building amenities include a large communal outdoor pool, a splash pad children's splash playground, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, fitness room, game room, and more, free to use for guests. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. The home is walking distance to a Publix and a plaza with several restaurants, banks, and stores. Plus, you'll be only a few minutes from Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, which features a great course design that suits all levels of golfers. Bella Piazza is a community located next to Berry Town Center, offering a supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Centrally located off Hwy 27, the resort provides easy access to local attractions and theme parks. Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is located next door to the Bella Piazza. Bella Piazza offers convenient transportation options for both residents and visitors. The community is easily accessible by US Highway 27, which connects to Interstate 4 (I-4) for direct routes to Orlando, Kissimmee, and Tampa. Public transit options are limited, but Lynx Bus Route 427 provides service along US-27, connecting to nearby shopping centers and transit hubs. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and car rentals are a popular choice for visitors. For air travel, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 40-minute drive away, while the SunRail commuter train in nearby Kissimmee offers an alternative for travel into downtown Orlando. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
