Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, fluffy pillows, and a smart TV for your entertainment. With 3 bathrooms, there's no need to wait in line for your morning shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed for a great home-made meal or for enjoying take-out. Gather around the family dining table or relax in the spacious living room. In-suite laundry machines, free onsite parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi are all included. The building amenities feature a large communal outdoor pool, a splash pad children's playground, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, fitness room, and game room, all free for guests to use. For a fee, we offer a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. The home is within walking distance to a Publix and a plaza with several restaurants, banks, and stores. Located next to Berry Town Center, Bella Piazza offers a supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. The community provides easy access to local attractions and theme parks, with Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club next door. Convenient transportation options include US Highway 27, connecting to Interstate 4 for direct routes to Orlando, Kissimmee, and Tampa. Although public transit options are limited, Lynx Bus Route 427 provides service along US-27. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and car rentals are a popular choice. Orlando International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away, and the SunRail commuter train in nearby Kissimmee offers an alternative for travel into downtown Orlando. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a $150 fine for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
