The Solterra Resort community amenities require a separate, mandatory fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, collected by the HOA. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, this home offers exclusive access to community amenities such as a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. Situated in Davenport, the home is near theme parks, with Disney Springs™ and Old Town nearby for shopping, and Walt Disney World® Resort just a short drive away. Solterra Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an Imax movie theater and additional shopping at Posner Park just 10 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and there is no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property. A maximum of 14 guests is allowed at any given time, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and guests are asked to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Damages should be reported immediately, and the host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
