The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Centrally located near International Drive, Celebration Town Center, and Posner Mall, this home is close to groceries, theme parks, sightseeing, and shopping. Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community with water fountains, topiary landscaping, and villas with red-tiled roofs. Enjoy nearby dining options and world-class meals with family and friends. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
