Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors with spacious dining areas, and take advantage of the free washer and dryer. The outdoor pool loungers and exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse enhance your stay. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure, as failure to do so could result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A laptop computer is not included.
