The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, complete with stainless steel appliances. Guests have exclusive access to the Solterra Resort community amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, a playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required.
