The dazzling private pool in your backyard is the ultimate backdrop for your TikTok and YouTube videos. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Outdoor pool loungers and dining areas enhance your stay, making it a perfect retreat. For an additional fee of $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. A pet fee of $150 will be applied for bringing a house-trained dog, with prior written notification and approval required. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks and offers easy access to Disney Springs, Old Town, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. The home is also inside the beautiful Solterra Resort, a gated community with fantastic resort amenities including a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. Solterra is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. Check-out time is 10AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering property, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, causing the water to appear slightly discolored.
