This home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a comfy living area, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool with the option to add heat for an additional fee, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and outdoor pool loungers. The residence is located in the beautiful Solterra Resort. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. The home is also located inside the Solterra Resort, a gated community with fantastic resort amenities including a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. Solterra Resort is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
