An early arrival or late check-out can only be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's departure or arrival scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if a pet is discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting their stay and any payments made. Guests must abide by all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking and noise regulations. Failure to comply with any terms will result in eviction without refund.
