Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the street in front of the house. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is applied for guests who bring a house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300.
