The first floor is fully tiled, and the garage has been transformed into a game room with foosball and air hockey for extra family fun. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second level, along with a bonus loft with a sofa and TV. A half bath is conveniently located by the pool deck. The villa boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as a screened patio and pool area. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Relax by the sparkling, southeast-facing pool and spa all day and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, including a clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center, table tennis, a computer room, lounge areas, a sand-volleyball court, and a kids' play area. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. The house has a driveway that can accommodate four cars, but there is no street parking available. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Located less than 30 minutes from amusement parks, water parks, shopping centers, world-class restaurants, golf courses, and more, this villa offers easy access to a variety of attractions. The community features a large, easy-access pool and 24-hour gated security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. Guests will have access to the entire house. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking, so vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. The community has a 24-hour host on site. A laptop computer is not included.
