This home features a comfy living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, as well as access to outdoor pool loungers. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool with the option to add heat. The Solterra Resort amenities include a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational area. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There are additional parking spots on the street next to the home (these are not reserved for the home and we cannot guarantee their availability). Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs.
