Step outside to the Regal Palm Resort & Spa’s amenity center, which includes a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop. Access to the community clubhouse adds extra space for gatherings. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands applies whether amenities are used or not. The resort provides up to 10 wrist bands at guest services. A short drive brings you to Disney World and other major attractions. The property sits just off I-4 and I-192, making it easy to explore the area. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property should never exceed 2 per reservation.
