The community amenity center/clubhouse is available for your use. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. By booking this reservation, guests acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300.
