For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
