Feel at home in this poolside retreat, located 20-25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal. This home features a private pool with optional heat and a hot tub, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games, themed kids' rooms (Harry Potter, Mickey), and a cinema-worthy loft. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining spaces. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and costs $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home is a short drive to major attractions. Guests also receive free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
