An Avengers loft and multiple living areas provide additional space to relax. A dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday comfort. Exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat is available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least one week before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located in Windsor Island Resort, you have free resort access to nearby amenities, including shared spaces such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and access to major attractions including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am.
