The full kitchen is stocked with essential appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. For fitness enthusiasts, an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat are available. A dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday comfort. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least one week before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Located in Windsor Island Resort, you receive free resort access to a shared pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and easy trips to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
