Enjoy the private pool and spa with a screened-in lanai, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 10 at the dining room table and seating for four at the kitchen island. Themed bedrooms include Frozen and Harry Potter, and there's a game room loft. The villa includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities, offering a 6,500 sq. ft. resort-style swimming pool, dual waterslides, a massive pool deck, a lazy river, a kids splash zone, a full-service bar and restaurant, cabanas, a fitness center, a game room, a firepit with views of fireworks, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a soccer field, nine holes of mini-golf, corn hole on artificial turf, a hammock garden, and an event lawn. There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. The resort allows a maximum of five cars, including visitors. Parking car limit is strictly enforced, and parking rules can be picked up at the guard gate. Windsor Island Resort is a gated community with 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. All guests must be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort. All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification, such as a license, passport, or school ID. No stays over 30 nights are allowed per HOA. The third car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk, or the resort will fine you.
