Step into the resort’s amenity center where a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice-cream shop await. All amenities are accessible to guests. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 guests. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. Conveniently situated in Davenport, this townhome is a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, just off I-4 and I-192. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward. The gated Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, this location combines a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction.
