This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals, a cozy living area to relax, and a private patio for some outdoor relaxation. Each bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A $22 per day plus tax fee is charged when accessing the resort amenities. The location is unbeatable, just a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, and other top Orlando attractions. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property; once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. There is a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.
