The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
