Step outside to the private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or opt to add pool heat for your stay. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a backyard area, creating a relaxed place to spend time outdoors. A barbecue grill offers the option for simple outdoor meals when the mood strikes. Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and 6 clay tennis courts. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for pets. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time.
