The large, full kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and features stainless steel appliances. There is also a spacious indoor dining area, free washer/dryer, and outdoor patio furniture. Relax in the family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family. Enjoy a private pool right in the backyard and soak in the Florida sun on the pool deck. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house, but do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon.
