Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will incur additional charges.
