Near the Everglades port, FLL airport, Dania Point, walking distance to Publix shopping center and simply very central to all necessities and wants. Asking $2300 per month ( seeking long term rental). Must have 670 or higher credit score and pass a background check independently conducted by the HOA . Very mellow community and area. Unit's Parking spot right in front of the building and Elevator. Price cut to $2300 due to painting and repairs which have already started. Any questions feel free to ask.
