That is approximately 504 sq feet of living space. - For your information, our current monthly rental amount will be $850.00 per month (subject to change) and includes water, sewer, trash collection and lawn care. - Electricity will be the initiated of the resident and they will create an account with the local utility company Florida Power & Light (FPL). - We do not offer cable/internet/phone. Each resident should research what is available in the area - Our pet policy is domestic dogs and cats up to 50 pounds. Up to two pets per home. We have a pet approval form. Certain breed restrictions apply and pet fees are typically waived for new residents. **NOTE: All prospective tenants are required to submit a background screening report through our 3rd party vendor. There is a separate fee associated with the screening and we do not set this fee. Screening process typically takes between 1 to 3 business days.** We have flexible lot lease times to fit your needs. There is a one time, non-refundable move-in fee of $325.00 so the total due will be first month home rent and the move-in fee for the first month and then every subsequent month will be only the home monthly rent amount.
